As a Drone Operator, you'll be based at a local drone nest site, where you'll conduct pre- and post-flight inspections, operate advanced unmanned aircraft, and ensure safe, on-time deliveries to customers. This role offers steady schedules (40 hrs/week between 8 AM - 8 PM) and local assignments, with only occasional travel between sites for coverage.

- Perform routine aircraft standard practices (as defined in UAS Maintenance Manual)
- Perform nest equipment inspections (including pre-flight and post-flight inspections), daily start of day and end of day activities
- Replace equipment as required
- Participate in Crew Briefs
- Maintain communications with the Pilot-in-Command
qualifications:
Must pass BGV and MVR and have a valid part 107 certification/license

- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (active and in good standing)
- Proficient in UAS flight operations (multirotor and/or fixed-wing)
- Experience with pre-flight and post-flight inspections
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on drones and related equipment
- Strong understanding of aviation safety protocols and FAA regulations
- Comfortable working outdoors in variable weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with clean MVR
