responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a customer-first strategy for holistic customer journeys across various digital marketing channels.
- Lead a cross-functional team of marketers, setting clear goals and driving initiatives tied to the customer journey.
- Own the annual marketing forecast, manage performance to meet or exceed targets, and present results to business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with digital marketing channel leads to innovate and optimize customer experiences.
- Act as a subject matter expert on both customer and business insights to inform strategy and execution.

- Extensive experience in B2B digital marketing and marketing strategy.
- Proven ability to lead and manage virtual and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in building and executing campaign strategies within various marketing channels.
- Strong skills in creating executive presentations and communicating performance and strategy.
- Must be available to collaborate during Pacific Standard Time (PST) core business hours.
