We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager for a fully remote, EST time zone-based role supporting commercial packaging updates across multiple regions. This role will work cross-functionally with regulatory, supply chain, and other key stakeholders to evaluate project schedules, coordinate artwork changes, and ensure timely approvals in alignment with production timelines. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in pharmaceutical artwork management, Veeva, Smartsheet, and change control processes, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to strict quality and compliance standards. responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project representatives to review regulatory project Smartsheets and packaging schedules for artwork update planning.
- Coordinate with contract artwork service providers and internal stakeholders to meet established production timelines.
- Ensure artwork approvals follow SOPs for company name and address changes across printed labels, cartons, and leaflets.
- Initiate and manage Veeva change controls for commercial artwork updates.
- Maintain and update the Veeva CMC library with approved artwork repository documents.
- Track progress and communicate status updates to cross-functional teams
qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must be based in (or work from) the EST time zone.
- Minimum experience in project management, change control, labeling artwork management, Veeva, and Smartsheet.
- Pharmaceutical background preferred; other regulated industries (medical device, consumer health) considered if relevant.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and manage tight timelines.
- Regulatory collaboration experience preferred but not required
