We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hardware Engineer to join our client's silicon validation team. This is a hands-on role where you will be instrumental in the debugging, testing, and validation of cutting-edge hardware systems. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, bringing strong problem-solving skills to help identify and resolve complex technical issues and ensure the highest quality of our products.

responsibilities:
- Analyze, set up, and debug PC systems to identify and resolve hardware issues.
- Collaborate with a team to run tests and reproduce system failures.
- Evaluate and modify hardware configurations to meet specific requirements.
- Assist with the assembly and modification of existing equipment as needed.
qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in hardware engineering.
- Strong background in hands-on hardware debugging and PC system setup.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a highly collaborative team.
- Experience with design and engineering software is a plus.
- Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week in San Francisco, CA.
