Join our Customer Analytics team. As a vital part of the company's growth strategy, this individual will leverage a deep understanding of our consumer base to develop and execute effective servicing strategies. This role involves leading a team of data-centric analysts and influencing a broader servicing analytics group.

responsibilities:
- Payment Strategy & Analytics: Take ownership of payments monitoring, reporting, and insights on customer payment behavior. Drive new payment strategies in collaboration with product, engineering, and treasury teams to improve payment success rates and collection KPIs.
- Journey Analytics: Develop and own journey analytics to enable continuous optimization of the customer payment experience.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, or Computer Science. A graduate degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) is preferred.
- 5+ years of analytical experience in the digital servicing or marketing space.
- 2+ years of experience managing and motivating high-performing analytical teams.
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills are required; proficiency with SAS and/or Python is a plus.
- Experience in leveraging digital analytics and data visualization tools.
