We're looking for a Senior Information Security Engineer to join our Information Security team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing and maintaining our firm's information security program, with a special focus on AI security architecture and guidance. This is a chance to lead security initiatives within a dynamic, large-scale IT environment.

responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a wide range of internal teams to maintain the firm's information security program.
- Lead security initiatives in the AI space by shaping and advancing our AI security policies, designing and promoting secure patterns for emerging AI agents, and serving as the main advisor on all AI security initiatives.
- Act as a leader within the group and a trusted security liaison between Information Security and business units across the firm.
- Work with both technical and non-technical business units to conduct security reviews of new and existing systems.
- Design, build, and operate innovative tools to improve internal security operations.
qualifications:
- 10+ years of comparable work experience in a security, infrastructure, or site reliability engineering role.
- Experience with security architecture in Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI.
- Practical experience implementing security measures in real-world scenarios.
- A deep understanding of core security concepts, including security protocols (TLS, OIDC, FIDO2), cryptography, access control, and application security (OWASP Top 10).
- Demonstrated leadership in navigating and making risk-based decisions in ambiguous situations, with a focus on pragmatically reducing risk while identifying innovative ways to strengthen security.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical groups.
- A degree in computer science or another technical discipline is preferred
