- Background: Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Experience:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in a back-office or operations role OR recent college graduate with bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of experience in the financial services industry OR financial degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., sorting, filtering, basic data entry).
- Skills:
- Highly detail-oriented, accurate, and efficient.
- A quick and self-starting learner who is comfortable multitasking.
- Soft Skills: The ideal candidate is energetic, positive, and solution-driven, with strong communication and critical thinking skills.
