This contractor will be in Corporate HR Group- Service Center and will be supporting the team on a daily basis with software support, day- to- day support for application issues; and modification.
- Work on backlog, business requirements and participate in QA and support. Definitely want a candidate that does not sit back. Certifications in ServiceNow is major plus.

5-8 years of business systems experience, consulting, gathering requirements.
Service Now Experience- 3years minimum
