responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to define and document reporting requirements.
- Design, build, and maintain robust reporting solutions using Power BI.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to support business operations and troubleshoot user issues.
- Provide training and support to empower end-users to effectively utilize reporting tools.
qualifications:
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in program management or a related technical field.
- Expert-level proficiency with Power BI, including DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
- Demonstrated experience in reporting design and development.
- Strong proficiency with SQL Server Management Studio and Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Must be available to collaborate during Pacific Standard Time (PST) core business hours.
