Required Qualifications (Must-Haves):
- 25+ years of progressive experience within the IT industry, with a strong focus on Quality Engineering and Assurance.

- Proven, in-depth experience in the AdTech industry (e.g., DSP, SSP, ad serving, attribution, programmatic systems).
- Strong, practical understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in modern testing and automation practices.
- Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks.
- Exceptional strategic planning, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with specific automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or REST Assured.
- A good understanding of cloud-based testing ecosystems and services (AWS / Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience with budget ownership and vendor governance.
