Randstad Digital is looking for an IAM Analyst for a banking client. This role involves managing identity and access controls to ensure compliance with industry standards and security policies.

responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
- Manage user access, roles, groups, and permissions.
- Conduct access reviews and attestations.
- Onboard new applications to the IAM system.
- Administer privileged access management (PAM).
- Ensure all procedures comply with industry standards and information security policies.
qualifications:

- 3+ years in an IAM role, with at least 2 years focused on user access reviews.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ or ISC for managing access reviews.
- Experience with regulatory frameworks like SOX, FFIEC, ISO 27001/2, FISMA, or NIST.
- Knowledge of IGA, SSO, MFA, and PAM.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, and cloud IAM (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure RBAC) is a plus.
- Proficiency with ITSM platforms such as Jira, Avanti, or ServiceNow is preferred.

- Minimum of an associate's degree; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISM, CISA) are a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear technical documentation.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- High level of integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
