The Strategic Portfolio Manager will drive enterprise-wide prioritization and portfolio management to ensure that strategic, tactical, and operational investments align with organizational goals. This role is accountable for building and institutionalizing a prioritization framework, enabling scenario planning, and partnering with executives to maximize value delivery. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong process improvement skills, capable of navigating change and driving alignment across diverse business and technology portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Prioritization & Framework Development
Design and implement an enterprise-wide prioritization framework to balance strategic, tactical, and operational investment mix.
Establish criteria and governance processes to evaluate initiatives based on strategic
alignment, value realization, risk, and capacity.
Portfolio Management & Scenario Planning
Lead scenario planning to support executive decision-making and investment trade-offs.
Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps that connect investments to enterprise
objectives.
Continuously assess portfolio performance to ensure investments deliver intended
business outcomes.
Executive Partnership & Value Realization
Partner with senior leaders to define expected benefits, track realization, and adjust
investments as priorities evolve.
Provide clear and actionable insights to executive stakeholders through dashboards,
reporting, and strategic analysis.
Facilitate alignment discussions to ensure enterprise-wide visibility and transparency in decision-making.
Process Improvement & Change Enablement
Streamline governance processes to reduce inefficiencies and accelerate time-to-decision.
Foster a culture of adaptability by embedding continuous improvement into portfolio processes.
Support organizational change by ensuring frameworks and processes remain flexible to evolving business needs.

qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field
7+ years of experience in strategic planning, portfolio management, or enterprise
program management.
Strong knowledge of portfolio management tools (e.g., ServiceNow SPM, Jira Align, or
equivalent).
Proven ability to partner with senior executives to influence strategic decisions.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Demonstrated experience in process improvement and change management at
enterprise scale.
