As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy and execution for our foundational software products. You'll play a critical role in customer engagement and market leadership, ensuring that our products are deeply trusted, effectively adopted, and continuously improved based on market insights. You will lead initiatives across activation, retention, and monetization, defining product priorities and collaborating closely with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to build solutions that maximize customer value.

Strategic Product Leadership:
- Define and execute the long-term product strategy for our Core Products, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
- Leverage market intelligence and customer feedback to refine our product vision and ensure continuous improvement.
- Drive initiatives that enhance trust, transparency, and education in our product experience, ensuring users understand and feel confident in our solutions.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to improve activation, retention, and monetization strategies.
- Establish customer advisory councils and user engagement programs to capture insights and build advocacy.
- Develop and implement feedback loops to ensure that customer insights are driving product decisions and improvements.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes to position us as the go-to platform for our users.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure go-to-market strategies effectively drive adoption.
- Partner with design and engineering teams to build high-impact product experiences that simplify complex processes and maximize usability.
- Lead customer education efforts by working with a team to develop clear documentation, onboarding experiences, and training resources.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-informed decisions.
- Optimize product performance by experimenting, iterating, and leveraging insights to enhance user adoption and satisfaction.

- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with 3+ years of leadership experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in a startup environment.
- Expertise: Proven expertise in community management, customer trust-building, and education strategies within a product-led environment.
- Skills: Strong market intelligence and research skills-you know how to gather, interpret, and act on customer and industry insights. The ability to influence and align stakeholders through exceptional communication and leadership.
- Mindset: The ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, balancing both strategic vision and tactical execution.
