We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to support a high-impact global HR technology initiative. This contract role, with the potential for extension, is instrumental in driving system configuration, testing, and documentation efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on expert in a major HCM platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences and compliance. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a critical system implementation and stabilization project.

responsibilities:
- Support system cutover, hyper care, and stabilization phases of a new HR system.
- Manage system configurations, including picklists, role-based permission structures, and communication templates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Produce clear and comprehensive process documentation.
qualifications:
- Over 10 years of hands-on experience with a major HCM platform, including system configuration and testing.
- Strong skills in system testing, defect tracking, and resolution.
- Experience with internal and external career site design and optimization is a must.
