- Develop a deep understanding of tools and databases our team owns and manages
- Act as a primary liaison between the Infrastructure team and its technical and business partner teams
- Responsible for working on the data infrastructure projects, creating business requirements documents, and reviewing functional/technical documents , communicating the strategy and direction to both management and technology teams, and directing implementation to technology team.
- Consult and lead discussions with the SMEs and the consumers of the teams data on enhancement requests, issue and defect resolution/tracking and improvements. Use the business and data analysis skills to effectively perform these duties
- Assist in performing simple to moderate business and data analyses/assessments
- Develop and manage relationships with the technology partners and the downstream partners of our team
- Manage and track database/tools enhancement requests, and bug fixes
- Manage the data acquisition process end to end, including consulting with the analytics and system of record partners, business analysis, documentation and liaising with technology partners
- Adheres to and advocates data security and governance regulations, guidelines and policies
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
- 4+ years of writing simple to moderate SQL code
