Responsibilities:
- Manage detailed project schedule for 10 workstreams and partner with State resources as needed to maintain integrated schedule
- Setting up/maintaining predecessor and successor task and milestones in the schedule
- Ensure project schedule passes all Federal checks (standards) and submitting weekly
- Resource leveling the project schedule - Calculating CPI, SPI, BEI
- Manage project contract deliverables and artifacts tracking and submission to State repository
- Provide overall project management support including risk/issue management to ensure on time delivery
- Lead/attend ~25 standing meetings each week; additional meetings scheduled as needed.
qualifications:
Required:
- 5+ years of Microsoft Project experience - working with multiple project schedules
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
- 3+ years of working hands-on with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle
- 2+ years experience with enterprise data warehouse solutions
- 2+ years experience working with State Governments
- PMP certification
- PMI Project Scheduler certification
- Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) session
- Healthcare Information Exchange, EDI, Healthcare Industry experience
- Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
- Proficiency with MS Visio
