- Lead the execution of business strategies, including building reports, monitoring performance, and driving corrective actions.
- Review and approve contracts, project budgets, and monitor costs to prevent overruns.
- Approve project and work breakdown structures and documentation of business processes.
- Consult with internal and external stakeholders regarding proposals and business plans.
