job summary:
We are looking for contractors to continue supporting operational and day to day type work of the BMC Helix platform within the Remedy Data and Configuration tool.

responsibilities:
- Working within Remedy Data and Configuration tool

- Working with Helix Digital workplace studio

- Building Service catalog items including underlying workflows and forms.

- Working with and building REST API's

- Building and running SQL Queries with PostgreSQL

- Supporting ITSM

- Supporting Incident Management

- Supporting ITOM

- Supporting Problem Management

- Supporting Case Management

 
qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum four years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.

- In lieu of the above, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of four years related work experience.

- In lieu of the above, a minimum of six years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.

 
skills: 1. Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM for managing assets, incidents, problems, changes, and service requests.

2. Expertise in Helix Digital Workplace Studio for configuring and customizing service requests.

3. Skills in integrating Helix with other systems using Helix Integration Service (Orchestration/BAO) and REST APIs to extend Helix functionalities and enable third-party integrations.

4. Working in a team environment with low direct oversight. Work is shared and aligning to standards is critical.
