Seeking a Senior Service Cloud Engineer to lead development of new Salesforce AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an experienced engineer with a proven track record of implementing Salesforce AI solutions, integrating them into a large enterprise currently using Service Cloud and Data Cloud. This engineer will contribute to technical design, development, and testing while collaborating with various partners and service providers. Requirements:
- Leverage Salesforce AI expertise to act as technical architect and hands-on Salesforce engineer
- Must not be afraid to ask questions or adverse to being asked questions; willing to share experiences and explain alternative solutions
- Deliver technical solutions with focus on security, authentication, scalability and performance
- Serve as lead Salesforce developer, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within a team environment
- Ability to work in an Enterprise Agile/Transitioning development environment
- Review and approve design documents, code reviews, test plans, and deployment plans
- Make informed decisions on architectural design, considering tradeoffs, benefits, and recommendations
- Provide consultation for routine and complex systems development
- Coordinate with Operations and Infrastructure Delivery teams for deployment and production support activities
- Collaborate with business analysts and product managers to understand requirements and translate into solutions
qualifications:
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 6+ years of experience and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce development; security, standard objects, Agentforce, Einstein Co-Pilot, Prompt builder, Knowledge, data management, and sandbox environments
- Minimum 3-5+ years of experience with consuming web services
- 1-2+ years of experience Lightning framework (Aura, LWC)
- Agentic Cloud experience is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of lightning flows and trigger framework
Technical Requirements:
- Expertise in programming languages and methodologies (e.g., Java and Apex)
- Solid understanding of web technologies, such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JSON, and/or Ajax
- Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with other applications using Connected Apps and APIs
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM)
Other Qualifications:
- An unbridled curiosity and interest in problem solving and iterative development
- Salesforce developer/architect/admin certifications including Salesforce Einstein certifications are pluses
- Experience in development of AI applications
