Working under the direction of the Application Manager, the Beacon Application Analyst functions as the primary build expert to configure, build & install the application. The Application Analyst must achieve in-depth knowledge of the software application as well as understand the policies, procedures and constraints of the clinical and business operation supported by the application. The resource develops and documents internal procedures, collects information and prepares specifications of system enhancements, analyzes functionality in new releases and tests each new release. The resource also assists in the development of user training aids and may train end users in workflow and use of the application. Application Analysts function as the primary contact to troubleshoot problems and questions from end-users during training, go-live and stabilization periods.

-5 years experience as an Epic Application Analyst/Systems Analyst supporting configuration, build and support maintenance
-Epic Beacon Certified
-Experience building Protocols/Treatment Plans
-Experience with Research studies
