We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager III to lead complex software and system implementation projects focused on data-driven tools and transitioning applications from on-premise to web-based platforms. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams across IT, business, and operations, driving enhancements to enterprise systems supporting gas gathering, processing, and transportation.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can manage tactical project execution, communicate effectively at the executive level, and lead through organizational change.

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee software and technology projects from initiation through delivery.
- Align project objectives with business and technical requirements across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Lead cross-functional teams including IT, business, operations, and vendors.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining transparency and control.
- Coordinate and resolve dependencies among multiple IT groups and shared resources.
- Provide regular status reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to leadership.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure solution alignment.
- Drive automation of accounting and contract administration processes.
- Support data-driven initiatives and system transition projects (on-prem to web).
- Ensure adherence to internal compliance, audit, and control standards.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, CIS, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of IT Project Management experience leading application or software implementation projects.
Proven success managing multiple complex projects with competing priorities.
Strong background working with data-driven tools and system migration projects.
Exceptional ability to manage groups and teams resistant to change.
Skilled at maintaining scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
Effective communicator with the ability to present to senior executives.
PMP certification preferred.
Proficient in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
