responsibilities:
Provide daily, high-quality helpdesk support via phone, email, voicemail, and chat.
Monitor ticket queues and ensure timely resolution according to defined Service Level Expectations.
Document processes and templates related to helpdesk activities to maintain consistency.
Identify and report issue trends, working with leadership to suggest process improvements.
Escalate tickets as needed and follow through to ensure all issues are resolved promptly.
qualifications:
High school diploma with some completed college coursework.
2+ years of professional experience in customer service or a related field, with proven communication and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work 100% onsite in the Tallahassee, FL area.
