Client is seeking an Engineer to join its Productivity Tools team. The primary responsibilities of this position include designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform. Furthermore, the engineer may aid in areas such as administration, configuration, integration, and ongoing support of enterprise productivity tools.

responsibilities:
- Microsoft Power Platform: Development and deployment of enterprise grade solutions using Power Apps. Integrate solutions with Microsoft Services and external systems using APIs or custom connectors.

- Microsoft 365: Administration, configuration, integration, and ongoing support of Microsoft collaboration stack.

- Scripting & API Management: Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell and Azure Automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Work with Graph API and SharePoint REST API to integrate and automate workflows.

- Training and Documentation: Create and update standard operating procedures, conduct training programs, and ensure monitoring standards are met.

- Troubleshooting: Provide 3rd level support, resolving complex problems, and performing change management activities.

- Technical Development: Stay updated on external technical developments related to collaboration tools and grow technical subject matter expertise.

 
qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform

- 3+ years of Microsoft M365 engineering & support responsibilities within the Microsoft Collaboration Stack including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft Office.
