job summary:
Randstad is looking for an enthusiastic and nimble colleague to join its business operations team. You will be accountable for the successful recording and delivery of ad creative across the Ringer network, working closely with Ringer show hosts, producers, external clients, and Ad Production team. You'll be working on all ad campaigns sold on vast and evolving catalogue of podcasts as well as working cross-functionally across Advertising and Studios organizations.

responsibilities:
● Serve as project manager to coordinate and manage the day-to-day production and delivery of podcast ads voiced by hosts

● Serve as key liaison between the show teams and the Advertising Sales organization

● Build ongoing relationships with content and ad sales teams

● Maintain and uphold ad production processes

● Serve as the main point of contact and ensure schedules and campaign deadlines are communicated clearly and delivered according to our editorial standards

● Identify holes and trends in the production process and work proactively to optimize workflows across

teams

● Work independently to maintain and execute against project plans, keeping production on time

● Express a consistent, credible editorial voice for Ringer ad creative, interpret brand partners' objectives and work with teams to customize and personalize ad scripts

● Work with external clients for other projects to build meaningful and ongoing relationships

 
qualifications:
Project management

Experience in podcasting or radio

Experience with project management software

Experience working with brands (B2B & B2C)

Familiarity with Ringer.com LLC content

Obsessed with the Spotify platform (content, data, tools, products)
