- Program Management
- Manages large-scale programs or components with multiple workstreams and strategic goals across departments or regions.
- Develops, analyzes, and manages complex program plans including scope, schedule, interdependencies, and complexity.
- Monitors program financials and performance to ensure long-term value delivery; adjusts plans as needed in fluid environments.
- Leads organizational change management activities including user adoption, implementation, and training plans.
- Communicates clear program goals and objectives.
- Proactively identifies and mitigates program risks and issues.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Builds and maintains relationships with internal customers, vendors, senior management, and business leaders.
- Clarifies accountability and authority across stakeholders; ensures appropriate representation and inclusion.
