The IT Technician supports the region in the installation and maintenance of PCs, hardware, and software across Regional Offices and remote Centers under the direction and guidance of the IT Director. This is a critical hands-on support role.

responsibilities:
- Hardware Support: Install, support, and maintain PC hardware, including desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and audiovisual equipment.
- Software & OS Support: Install, support, and maintain PC applications in a Windows 10/11 environment leveraging Hybrid Azure AD/Entra architecture. Software includes Office 365 and Adobe Applications.
- Mobile Device Management (MDM): Install, support, and maintain iOS devices (iPhones and iPads). Manage these devices using an MDM solution (e.g., JAMF).
- Network Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot small-scale network environments, resolving issues with routers, switches, modems, and MFP copiers.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain proper documentation to track the status of all service calls, assist the helpdesk, and report on project participation progress.
- User Support: Provide IT support to users both within the office and at off-site locations, remotely and in person.
- Team Collaboration: Assist in planning IT budget needs and perform support for appropriate level helpdesk requests.
qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-3 years' experience as a help desk or desktop support technician.
