Our mission is to inspire and engage every gamer on the planet. This role is a key leader within the Digital Marketing team, responsible for driving game subscription campaigns across In-Product surfaces (console, PC, mobile), in partnership with Product Marketing on strategy and execution.

responsibilities:
- Lead Digital Marketing campaigns for game subscription across all In-Product endpoints.
- Define audience strategy and ongoing testing plans, driving optimization across campaigns.
- Develop a consistent playbook for communicating campaign and creative executions with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of the Digital Marketing Go-To-Market (GTM) plans.
qualifications:
8+ years in product marketing, product management, paid media, digital merchandising, campaign management, or advertising
Strong understanding for developing digital campaigns that includes continuously iterating to drive better performance
Outstanding project management and time management
Strong communicator and collaboration skills across all aspects of campaign development
Analytical mindset for continuous improvement
Understanding of subscriptions, entertainment, or technology business
Passion for gaming
