responsibilities:
- Assist corporate communications with message development, writing, and editing.
- Handle executive communications, such as developing and finalizing monthly and annual newsletters for the corporate supply chain team.
- Drive employee engagement, branding, and recognition programs, including tracking team recognition.
- Develop and execute a communication plan for the rest of the year.
- Support global communication strategies to ensure alignment across time zones.
- Ensure timely, creative, and accurate dissemination of news, multimedia content, and information.
qualifications:
2-4 years of professional experience in an internal communications or related role.
Demonstrated experience in communication plan development and execution.
Proven technical proficiency with Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage) and a readiness to leverage AI for communication processes.
Experience working as part of a global team with an understanding of diverse time zones and audiences.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience or knowledge within a business or supply chain domain.
Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities with a portfolio of relevant work samples.
A creative and influential approach to developing employee engagement and marketing plans.
