We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive calendar, travel, and expense support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex scheduling needs, coordinating travel logistics, and handling expense reporting using SAP Concur. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities: Calendaring & Scheduling:
- Create, manage, and maintain calendars for senior managers.
- Proactively schedule and respond to meeting requests.
- Send and manage meeting polls, reserve meeting rooms, and coordinate on-site food and beverage needs.
- Handle and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently.
- Process external visitor requests and coordinate visitor arrivals with local administrative staff.
- Provide guest Wi-Fi instructions and ensure a smooth visitor experience.
- Book and manage domestic and international travel arrangements via SAP Concur.
- Ensure all travel complies with company policy and supports business needs.
- Prepare, submit, and track expense reports using SAP Concur.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reimbursement processing.

3+ years of administrative or executive support experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, SAP Concur, and other productivity tools.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
