responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track multiple disciplines to ensure game features are completed on time and to the highest quality bar.
- Collaborate with discipline leads to optimize workflows and establish predictable production processes.
- Create and maintain prioritized project schedules using JIRA and other project management tools.
- Identify and proactively remove development bottlenecks to keep the team moving efficiently.
- Partner with Senior and Executive Producers to communicate project status and milestone health.
qualifications:
2-5+ years of experience in a production role within an internal in game cinematics team.
Deep familiarity with JIRA, Excel, and other project management software packages.
Proven experience working on AAA titles and managing distributed or remote development teams.
Strong understanding of various development and production methodologies.
Must be able to work onsite in Orange County 2x a week
At least one shipped title
