Preparing risk/issue/decision documentation with input from workstream teams and maintaining updates to each on a weekly basis. Partnering with the State PMO team to add new risks/issues/decisions to the Google drive Log (Source of truth) Updating weekly/monthly status reports Presenting open issues/risks in a monthly State PMO call Conducting a weekly internal meeting to gather new issues/risks/decisions and update Meet weekly with SPMO to align on outstanding risks/issues/decisions
