The Thought Leadership Activation Associate supports the activation of thought leadership (TL) assets by preparing, packaging, and distributing materials for go-to-market and field use. This role focuses on activation and execution, ensuring TL insights are organized, formatted, routed, and delivered through the right channels to reach priority audiences.
Working closely with senior team members and cross-functional partners, the Activation Associate will help transform research and insights into actionable materials, support activation campaigns, and assist with performance tracking. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is a doer, thrives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys managing details and timelines, and coordination with multiple parties.
The Thought Leadership Activation Associate directs the process after the TL content is created, working closely with marketing, content, editorial, and other teams and focuses their efforts in the following ways:
- Content Distribution & Channel Management: Manage the posting and distribution of TL assets across platforms such as Seismic, SharePoint, LinkedIn, and the Workplace website to ensure timely delivery and accessibility
- Activation: Execute activation plans so TL assets work cohesively across channels to engage priority audiences and support business goals
- Project Coordination: Maintain content calendars and workflows, track timelines, and coordinate the release of TL assets such as white papers, webinars, and articles
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), creative teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure accurate messaging and alignment with deployment standards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with guidance
- Comfort working in a cross-functional, team oriented environment
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Support consistent and timely execution of TL deployment activities
- Ensure thought leadership assets are well-prepared, easy to access, and ready for use
- Provide reliable execution support that enables senior members to work on strategy
- Help maintain alignment across Marketing, Editorial, Digital, Analytics, and Sales partners
- Contribute to improving processes by sharing feedback and observations
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
3 - 5 years of experience in content, enablement, or go-to-market communications work within a business
Tech stack: Seismic, SharePoint, LinkedIn
Project coordination and experience supporting multiple stakeholders is a plus
