We are seeking a Recruiter to lead our end-to-end recruitment efforts. In this role, you won't just fill seats; you will act as a strategic consultant to our leadership teams, identifying top-tier talent for both exempt and non-exempt positions. You will be the face of our brand across industry networks, universities, and technical programs.
- Full Life-Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Strategic Sourcing: Proactively build a pipeline of diverse talent through college recruiting, technical schools, job fairs, and professional industry networks.
- Client Consultation: Partner directly with internal and external stakeholders to define role requirements, provide market insights, and manage expectations.
- Compliance & Outreach: Execute and maintain Affirmative Action programs and diversity initiatives to ensure a broad and inclusive candidate pool.
- Logistics Management: Oversee candidate travel, reference checks, pre-employment examinations, and reporting dates with meticulous attention to detail.
- Client Management: Exceptional ability to interface with high-level internal/external clients and hiring managers.
- Networking Pro: Demonstrated success in maintaining long-term sourcing contacts and navigating industry-specific talent landscapes.
