job summary:
We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join a dynamic Store Labs team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for designing, building, and maintaining the hardware and infrastructure components that power our service requests. You will work closely with Project Managers and Engineering leaders to ensure our technical platforms are healthy, documented, and performing at peak capacity.

responsibilities:
Collaborates with team to promote re-use and develop consistent technical build, implementation and support processes.- Participates in the design, lifecycle management, and total cost of ownership of platforms, applications and infrastructure services.- Develops design specifications and implement new hardware or infrastructure components according to requirements, specifications and standards.- Perform maintenance on existing platforms or infrastructure components.- Stays current with capabilities of platform and other infrastructure components.- Works with Project Managers to resolve requirements gaps uncovered in design or within specifications or requirements.- Prepares and shares technical documentation current for platform, service or infrastructure technical components.

 
qualifications:
5+ years of experience in technical operations or infrastructure engineering.

Proven expertise in PC repair, server maintenance, and low voltage troubleshooting.

At least 1 year of experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Strong communication skills and the ability to take initiative in a lab environment.
