You will be responsible for the operational "heartbeat" of the team, managing headcount for 2,500 employees worldwide and providing the data insights necessary to drive large-scale infrastructure and product development.

responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end headcount (HC) tracking and reporting for two large engineering organizations.
- Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to support business management offices.
- Execute ad hoc projects including hierarchy assessments, position count number cleanup, and dashboard maintenance.
- Partner with directors to facilitate industry hiring projects, ensuring hiring managers follow best practices.
- Review and approve business process documentation, cost proposals, and contract supplements.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, predicting potential overruns and proposing solutions.
qualifications:
Headcount Management: Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex organizational headcount.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Minimum 5 years of experience using Advanced Excel and PowerBI.
Collaboration Tools: Minimum 5 years of experience with SharePoint and PowerPoint.
Education: Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (Business, Economics, Finance, or similar).
Nice-to-Have Skills
Previous experience with Oracle Headcount Management systems.
Prior experience working within Microsoft environments.
Enterprise Application experience.
