We are seeking a high-caliber Project Manager to join our Enterprise PMO. responsibilities:
· Lead and manage enterprise-level projects and programs to ensure successful execution and alignment with business objectives.
· Define project scope, success criteria, and objectives in collaboration with key stakeholders.
· Develop project strategies that align deliverables with company goals.
· Prioritize and oversee multiple projects simultaneously based on business impact.
· Create detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
· Manage all project phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
· Track project milestones and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
· Maintain rigorous quality assurance standards throughout the project duration.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for project sponsors and executive leadership.
· Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and executive summaries.
· Facilitate executive-level meetings and presentations to drive informed decision-making.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
· Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure minimal disruption.
· Develop contingency plans and escalate critical issues to leadership as needed.
· Facilitate risk assessment workshops to foster a culture of proactive management.
· Own project budgets, ensuring strict adherence to financial constraints.
· Optimize resource allocation across projects to maximize efficiency.
· Collaborate with department heads to balance workloads and ensure resource availability.
· Identify and implement continuous improvements for project management methodologies and workflows.
· Standardize best practices to enhance overall operational efficiency.
· Mentor junior project managers to build a high-performing PMO.
· Drive the adoption of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of project management experience, specifically leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Asana, MS Project, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven experience managing project budgets and optimizing resources.
- Demonstrated ability to influence teams, drive accountability, and manage executive-level stakeholder relationships.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma certification is strongly preferred.
- Experience in enterprise transformation, IT, or regulatory compliance projects is a significant plus.
