Program Manager - US Treasury Clearing Project
The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-caliber Program Manager to lead a mission-critical US Treasury Clearing initiative. This is a senior, executive-level role that offers the opportunity to drive a long-term regulatory transformation project within a major financial institution. You will serve as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders, regulatory requirements, and technical delivery teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Program Leadership: Manage the end-to-end Treasury Clearing program, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making for a regional project team.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison across the region to collect and coordinate requirements, delivering clear roadmaps back to technology partners.
Testing Oversight: Lead the coordination, execution, and documentation of complex testing phases.
Data Integrity: Partner with static data and reconciliation teams to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and deliverables.
Regulatory Compliance: Navigate the complex regulatory implications of US Treasury Securities and Government Securities Clearing Corporation (GSCC) standards.
Required Experience & Skills
Expertise: 8+ years of senior or executive-level Program/Project Management experience within a large financial institution.
Domain Knowledge: Deep, hands-on experience with Fixed Income and US Treasury products is mandatory.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage high-visibility programs and influence senior leadership using data-backed insights.
Execution: Strong background in reconciliation and testing lifecycle management (coordination through documentation).
Tools: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
Industry Tools: Prior experience with Broadridge systems or GSCC (Fixed Income Clearing Corporation) is a significant asset.
Technical Literacy: Familiarity with Python for data analysis is a plus.
