job summary:
The Regional LMS Administrator is responsible for system and content administration in the Global Learning Management System (LMS). This position works with Instructional Designers, e-Learning Developers, Instructors, and other LMS administrators to plan, organize, manage, and support learning content and events consisting of e-learning, virtual classroom and instructor-led sessions, and any associated supporting assets.
The core work of this role lies in LMS Administration, learning enablement, troubleshooting, and reporting. This role is heavily project-based. Applicant should have experience working on projects strategically, understanding how to prepare for project updates and where/when to change directions. Must be self-directed and able to ramp up to work independently when needed. Ideally, we are looking for an LMS Administrator who has previous experience in e-learning development and troubleshooting, BUT this is not an E-learning development job.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the transition from SuccessFactors LMS to Workday Learning LMS
- Provide expertise in all aspects of administration in the Workday LMS including creating courses and programs, managing learners, curating content, reporting, and improving the user experience
- Coordinate, prioritize, execute, and administer learning projects from the LMS intake queue, and/or as assigned by the Learning Technology Manager and/or Sr. Learning Technology Specialists
- Document and share Workday transition learnings and project updates to leadership and peers; participate in discussions and decisions about best practices, system configuration, difficulties and support issues
- Enforce standards accountability, and provide technical, process, and best practice support to lower level LMS administrators
- Develop and maintain knowledge of industry best practices, and for Workday Learning specifically; Help drive organizational adoption of new and existing tools and technologies
- Manage testing cycles for project work, and also for the research and implementation of new features and best practices in LMS
- Interface with Regional Admin peers around the globe, HRIS, and IT for timely resolution of escalated support issues
- Act as primary resource for researching and resolving escalated support ticket
qualifications:
Required Key Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in LMS management/administration in a corporate environment
- Workday Learning LMS
- Strong understanding of:
- the e-learning development cycle and the role of LMS in testing and implementation
- classroom training administration, including both in-person and virtual classroom training (preferably in MS Teams)
Preferred Key Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
- SuccessFactors LMS or Plateau experience
- ServiceNow and SharePoint
- Working and troubleshooting knowledge of e-learning content developed in Articulate Storyline and Rise, Vyond and WellSaid labs a plus
