Responsible for being a supportive and proactive member of the Randstad Digital Solutions Delivery team while demonstrating professionalism and thought leadership through client, colleague and staff interactions. Expected to lead by example while maintaining a client focus and execute job responsibilities that include, but are not limited to: IT Project Management, Resource Management, and Client Management in an Application Development environment.

responsibilities:
1) Client side: serve as the project manager across multiple projects for our development teams. This includes:
Strategically:
- Quickly build and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders and executives
- Liaison with the client to gain a thorough understanding of business vision and direction.
- Develop policies, processes, development programs to elevate the organization to meet client needs
- Contributing to project plan development, objectives and deadline setting, as well as monitoring team progress against plan
- Ensuring project compliance with milestones, business objectives, and client goals
- Manage project resources and ensure client expectations are met through: capacity planning, recruitment, onboarding, mentorship/training, and performance management
Operationally:
- Leading and/or attending all scrum ceremonies
- Calculate and manage capacity, trajectory, and velocity of the team
- Working with the stakeholder to prioritize the backlog and estimate effort sizing leading to proper monthly milestone commitments
- Risk Management
- Continuous Service Improvement
- Weekly team meetings and status reports
2) Internal side:
- Ensure success: the client's expectations are met and often exceed, from building healthy, high performing, teams of engaged talent, and organically extending and growing our program at our clients!
- Building strong relationships with others in both Delivery and Sales
- Work as a strong teammate following Randstad's best practices and the SOPs from the Delivery Director
- Ensuring timely communication that's scaled to the appropriate audience
- Project administration: creation, timesheets, updates, status reports, financial forecasts, and project logs.
- Identify new opportunities to advance to Sales
- Estimate work efforts and contracts development
qualifications:
Job Requirements -
- 3+ years of IT Project Management experience, PMP preferred
- 3+ years of IT Scrum Master experience, Agile certified preferred
- 5+ years of experience with large-scale IT Application Development projects in various roles
- Complimentary experiences including Business Analyst, Product Owner/Manager, and QA
- Working knowledge of the SDLC, IT Operations, ITIL,
- Consulting experience preferred or experience of being successful with IT outsourcing partners
Desired Skills & Experience -
PMP, Agile cert, large retail experience
