We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time. You will act as a vital backup for our primary payroll operations, managing everything from complex garnishments to data reconciliation.

responsibilities:
Payroll Execution: Provide essential backup for biweekly on-cycle payrolls and weekly off-cycle payroll runs.
Compliance Management: Handle the end-to-end management of wage garnishments and the collections process.
System Maintenance: Process updates and changes within the MD Payroll System.
Case Management: Manage and resolve payroll-related inquiries via Salesforce, providing clear and helpful communication to employees.
Team Support: Assist with time reporting, data entry, and processing to ensure seamless team operations.
qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in payroll processing and payroll taxes.
