- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Technical Translation: Convert business needs into functional specifications, wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Process Analysis: Diagram current workflows and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate meetings, workshops, and demos to ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
