The Senior Consultant will direct a high-impact portfolio of operational transformation projects focused on optimizing care delivery, clinical workflows, and regional scheduling systems across an integrated medical foundation. This role requires an agile leader with 8+ years of healthcare consulting experience (or 3+ years with a Master's/Doctorate) who possesses strong executive presence, masterful change management capabilities, and the tactical project management skills required to guide complex, multi-site healthcare initiatives from conception to go-live.

Lead Enterprise-Level Care Delivery Transformations: Drive strategic clinical transformation and major operational redesign efforts across multiple geographic markets. Formulate and execute robust change management strategies to ensure deep adoption of new workflows among executive leaders, providers, and frontline staff.
Direct Complex, Multi-Site Project Portfolios: Own the development and execution of end-to-end project plans, Gantt charts, and milestones. Simultaneously manage multiple workstreams, identify and mitigate project risks, and deliver polished, executive-level status updates.
Bridge Clinical Operations and Technology: Partner closely with clinical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), physicians, and IT teams to translate complex clinical needs into scalable operational and technical solutions. Support workflow optimization and launch readiness initiatives involving Epic and other healthcare technologies.
qualifications:
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience OR a Master's with 3+ years of experience.
Healthcare Consulting Background: Proven experience within healthcare consulting environments, specifically supporting integrated delivery systems, medical groups, or multi-site hospital networks (Primary and Specialty care knowledge required).
Change Leadership & Project Management: Demonstrated success leading large-scale organizational transformations, workflow redesigns, and managing cross-functional workstreams.
Communication: Exceptional executive presence with the ability to tailor communication across all levels-from physicians and clinical SMEs to IT professionals and frontline staff.
