We are seeking a process-oriented IT Service Management (ITSM) professional to join our team in Orlando, FL on a hybrid basis. This role is responsible for governing, optimizing, and supporting IT service delivery processes across the client infrastructure environment. You will ensure adherence to best practices, improve service quality, and enhance operational efficiency through process standardization and tool optimization.

responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize core ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset & Configuration Management.
- Administer and support critical ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira to maximize operational efficiency.
- Develop reporting metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor and continuously improve service performance.
- Coordinate with InfraOps, Engineering, and business stakeholders to align service delivery with organizational expectations.
qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience specialized in Release Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
Demonstrated experience working with ITSM governance frameworks and process-oriented environments.
Must be local to the Orlando, FL area for hybrid availability and possess a valid work visa with at least 1.5 years of validity remaining.
