responsibilities:
Job Duties -
Coordinate and schedule vendor personnel to ensure full operational coverage
Ensure daily availability of vendor staff to meet client requirements
Oversee vendor activities across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
Manage performance, productivity, and accountability of Tier 1 vendor teams
Conduct aircraft inspections, including pre-flight and post-flight checks
Perform routine aircraft standard practices in alignment with UAS Maintenance Manual guidelines
Inspect operational sites ("nests") and equipment before and after use to ensure readiness
Identify equipment deficiencies and coordinate repair or replacement with internal teams and clients
Monitor crew equipment and ensure all required tools and resources are available
Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, deficiencies, and corrective actions
Communicate operational updates, issues, and resolutions to internal stakeholders
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and safety
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
qualifications:
Must have 107 certification, valid drivers license w/insurance and pass a background check
