responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Epiplex simulations and guided workflows
- Create job aids, quick reference guides, and training content
- Translate CCaaS functionality into clear, user-friendly materials
- Partner with SMEs to validate and refine content
- Support rapid updates aligned to platform changes
- Experience developing training for contact center environments
- robust instructional design and job aid development
- Ability to simplify complex systems into actionable steps
- Hands-on Epiplex experience (simulations, walkthroughs
- CCaaS / CIW platform experience
- Experience supporting large-scale tech rollouts
- Epiplex simulations
- Training curriculum / modules
- Agent & supervisor job aids
- Immediate need; must ramp quickly and work independently
- Prior CCaaS training experience robustly preferred
qualifications:
Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
What are the top 3-5 skills, experience or education required for this position?
1.Experience developing training (simulations, walkthroughs) preferably for contact center environments
2. Ability to simplify complex systems into actionable steps
3. robust instructional design and job aid development
4. Experience supporting large-scale tech rollouts including training needs analysis and curriculum planning
5. robust self-starter, works independently, takes ownership and proactively solves problems
What is nice to have (but not required) skill, experience, education, or certification?
1. Experience using Epiplex or similar softway to build simulations and guided workflows
2. Multimodal training development
Is prior experience in financial services or previous employment with client considered a requirement or an asset? Client experience is not a requirement but definitely an asset
