We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR professional to partner closely with our leadership and IT teams to drive organizational success. In this role, you won't just implement policies-you will actively shape our workplace culture, align human resources initiatives with overarching business objectives, and serve as a trusted advisor to both managers and employees.

responsibilities:
Strategic HR Alignment: Lead the development and implementation of the client and IT HR strategic roadmaps, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
Management & Employee Coaching: Coach management and non-management employees from both tactical and long-term perspectives to grow leadership, managerial, and team capabilities.
Organizational Advisory: Advise and guide leadership on short-, intermediate-, and long-term decisions regarding employee relations, retention, compensation, staffing, terminations, and organizational design.
Employee Relations & Compliance: Conduct exemplary, urgent workplace investigations with thorough documentation, while interpreting and upholding corporate HR policies and practices.
Culture & Training: Identify, coordinate, and deliver timely training solutions and services to enable and foster positive cultural change across the organization.

Consultative Approach: Proven experience consulting with employees and managers at all levels to resolve complex human resources issues.
Change Management: Demonstrated ability to support and implement organizational and employee development initiatives during times of change.
Core HR Competencies: Strong foundational knowledge in workforce planning, salary review processes, and organizational design.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Sharp strategic and tactical analysis capabilities with a track record of solving complex workplace challenges.
Communication & Influence: Exceptional coaching, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
