About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front End Web Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and building modern, scalable, and high-performance front-end interfaces. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Angular and/or React frameworks, as well as hands-on experience implementing Micro Frontends to drive modularity, maintainability, and seamless team collaboration across complex web platforms.
Key Responsibilities Architecture & Development
- Architect, build, and maintain enterprise-grade, highly responsive web interfaces using Angular and/or React.
- Drive component-driven development to ensure consistent, scalable, and reusable UI architectures.
- Design and implement modular Micro Frontend architectures to decouple monolithic user interfaces and enable independent deployment pipelines across teams.
- Optimize client-side rendering, assets, and application load times for maximum speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Ensure high standards for accessibility (a11y) and responsive design across diverse screen sizes and devices.
- Establish best practices for front-end state management, modular component design, code reuse, and client-side security.
- Partner closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and engineering peers to translate complex design systems and product requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Mentor mid-level developers, conduct rigorous front-end code reviews, and drive modern UI engineering standards across the team.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional front-end web development experience building complex, large-scale client-side applications.
- Core Frameworks: Robust, proven expertise with Angular (TypeScript) and/or React (JavaScript/TypeScript, Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand).
- Micro Frontends: Hands-on experience designing and working with Micro Frontend architectures (e.g., Module Federation, Single-SPA, Web Components).
- Core Web Technologies: Advanced proficiency in HTML5, modern CSS3 (Sass/LESS, CSS Modules), ES6+ JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Build Tools & Bundlers: Hands-on experience with modern front-end build tools and bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Vite, Esbuild) and front-end CI/CD workflows.
- Testing & Quality: Proficiency with front-end testing frameworks and tooling (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Jasmine, Karma, Playwright).
- Experience building and maintaining Design Systems and component libraries using tools like Storybook, Material UI, or Tailwind CSS.
- Understanding of SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and SSG frameworks like Next.js or Angular Universal.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and hosting/deployment platforms for front-end assets (e.g., AWS CloudFront/S3, Vercel, Netlify).

Experience: 5+ years of professional front-end web development experience building complex, large-scale web applications.
Core Frameworks: Robust , proven expertise with both Angular (TypeScript) and React (JavaScript/TypeScript, Hooks, Context API/Redux).
Micro Frontends: Hands-on experience designing and working with Micro Frontend architectures (e.g., Module Federation, Single-SPA, Web Components).
Web Technologies: Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
Build Tools & CI/CD: Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite) and integration with CI/CD deployment pipelines.
API Integration: Deep experience consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
Testing & Quality: Proficiency with unit testing and front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Jasmine, Karma).
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Design Systems and component libraries (Material UI, Tailwind CSS, Storybook).
Understanding of SSR (Server-Side Rendering) frameworks like Next.js or Angular Universal.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Docker.
