We are seeking an experienced Audit Analyst / Audit Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and supervision of key internal audit initiatives. In this role, you will oversee audit schedules, manage project budgets, supervise staff, review work papers, and deliver high-quality audit reports that ensure compliance with professional standards.

responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of assigned audit projects to meet established milestones and budgets.

Risk & Oversight: Develop comprehensive audit programs, perform testing as needed, and review/approve project risk assessments and work papers.

Reporting: Prepare clear, actionable audit reports for key stakeholders while upholding strict professional auditing standards.

Team Supervision: Guide and mentor assigned staff to ensure high-quality documentation and project delivery.

 
qualifications:
Experience: 7+ years of audit or related business experience, including at least 2 years in a project management capacity.

Industry Focus: Strong healthcare industry background is highly preferred.

Core Skills: Proven expertise in internal auditing, project management, and executive-level report writing.

Education: Bachelor's degree required.

Certifications: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
