The Product Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, implementation,

administration, and continuous improvement of a Roof and Flood Mitigation Resiliency

Program. This role oversees financial assistance initiatives designed to help property

owners reduce their vulnerability to catastrophic natural hazards through mitigation and

resilience improvements.

- Support program implementation, operational setup, and ongoing process

improvements.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality, accuracy,

and alignment with program requirements.

- Review training and program materials for accuracy, completeness, and

consistency.

- Manage and review applications to ensure completeness, eligibility, and

compliance with program guidelines.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on program policies and procedures, providing

guidance and answering applicant questions throughout the application lifecycle.

- Coordinate with contractors, evaluators, and external partners to facilitate

application reviews and project approvals.

- Bachelor's degree (or equal years' experience) in public administration, business

administration, finance, emergency management, insurance, public policy,

engineering, construction, risk management, or a related field.
