KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Audit and clean up regulatory paper files to maintain complete compliance records.
- Verify that mandatory employer copies are accurately filed and documented.
- Perform high-volume data entry and administrative reconciliation tasks.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and organizational standards for all physical documents.
qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong attention to detail and demonstrated accuracy in administrative tasks or data entry.
Prior experience managing, auditing, or organizing physical file systems and compliance records.
Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday at the Arlington Heights Support Center.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous exposure to HR, safety, or regulatory compliance workflows.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented project setting.
